Zinc HTTP Components

Sven Van Caekenberghe has an older tutorial on the Zinc HTTP server, and he's kept it up-to-date. It is fairly up-to-date, but there are a few caveats:

For Pharo 4.0, there doesn't appear to be an option for Create an MC package - looks like this is automatic
Test are normally dependent on what they are testing, so they appear in the Monticello browser:

MyFirstWebAppTests
 MyFirstWebApp
```
This can be done by selecting Add required package:
