Several problems come up when viewing pier on a small screen:

• Text needs to be zoomed out to be read-able
• The ToDo list becomes hard to manage

Changing the environment pages to have span-14 instead of span-24 seems to help with the second problem. A mobile-specific environment or CSS would greatly help.
