Using Pharo Launcher 3.0.1 on windows after copying the Documents/Pharo directory from a previous machine - when I created an Image named PierTodoGoogle and I previously had PierTodo), it raised an error for not being able to create the image. Unfortunately I couldn't reproduce the error. It seems like a bad idea to name images with a similar prefix to another image.
