Duplicate Ballot

After registering to vote by mail, I received a single letter with a ballot, instructions, and a return envelope. My wife however received two identical letters:

After calling our county clerk, they admitted that there was a computer glitch which caused the duplication, and we could shred the extra ballot. The system is set up to reject any ballot which would have been sent from the same voter twice.
