Car Head Rest

Recently my daughter pulled the backseat headrest up in our 2013 Toyota Highlander, and put it back backwards. This causes the seat to not fold down and other problems. The headrest was stuck in place backwards until I used a large flathead screwdriver to release the locking mechanism.
